My exit from APC: No going back -Ortom
* I will declare my next move in few weeks ahead
Commends OnTiv Professionals Association, Abuja for steadfast and commitment to nation building and unity

Benue State governor, Samuel Ortom has said he is leaving the ruling APC finally and for good.
He said, he would not go back to the party for any reason since according to him, “there is no going back on his current move to quit the party.
Ortom who spoke in Abuja Thursday when he hosted members of the OnTiv Professionals Association, Abuja at the Benue State governor’s Asokoro in Abuja hinted that he would declare his next move in few weeks ahead and assured that he is very conscious of every decision he takes on his current political upheaval.
“I can assure you and the good people of Benue that there is no going back on my decision to exit from the APC.
“At approximate time in the next few weeks, I would make my next move public”, he stated.
The governor while also receiving the award from the OnTiv Professionals Association, Abuja for his visionary leadership and for standing firm in defence of the State and the people, commended the group for their support and recognition of his modest efforts to grow the State.
“I want to heartily commend the leadership and members of the OnTiv Professionals, Abuja.
“What you people are doing in Abuja is great. I encourage you to remain united and remain useful among yourselves and the larger society.
” I am so thankful to you for the award and urge you to sustain the tempo”, he said.
Earlier, chairman of OnTiv Professionals Association, Abuja, Engr Benjamin Nyior thanked the governor to for his dogedness and commitment to push persistently the implementation of the Anti Open Grazing and Prohibition Law.
He acknowledged that with the governor’s insistence on the full implementation of the law, damming all consequences, has shown genuine concern about the state.
“This award is in recognition for your service and dedication to serve your state”, he stated.
