A Niger Delta rights activist and leader in the Ijaws of Egbema Kingdom in Warri-North LGA of Delta State,Alaowei Promise Lawuru has urged people of Delta south to return Senator James Ebiowou Manager to represent the region in 2019 at the senate.

He also called on senator James Manager to visit Egbema kingdom as well as otherb rural communities to have a first-hand knowledge of the challenges of people to find solution to them.

Alaowei said, the call became imperative holding to the fact that, since 2003,the Egbema people had supported and voted for Manager, stressing that the senator has not reciprocated them in terms of attracting infrastructural development to their rural communities.

Alaowei who is a member of Delta State Land/Waterways Security Committee and the National President of Egbema Brotherhood lamented that the only access road project in Egbema Kingdom has been abandoned by NDDC and the people are helpless about the situation.
