Manchester United  Coach Jose Mourinho has accused United board of infuriate his job, following his resignation from club and to be replace by the former midfielder Michael Carrick and Kieron Mckenna.

It was announced  on the club’s official twitter handle,  Tuesday morning, stated that  “Manchester United has announced that Jose Mourinho has left the Club”.

The Executive Director Woodward was determined to give his manager time to turn United’s fortunes around. But it was the tension between the two over United’s summer transfer business that lay the foundations for the troubles that followed.

Mourinho has accused the club management for his failure not to able to land a top class centre back and a right winger after delivering United’s highest Premier League finish since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement – ending last season as runners-up to Manchester City.

He cut an increasingly frustrated figure as the problems at Old Trafford deepened and rifts developed within the dressing room. The Portuguese began to show signs of the strain he was under – bemoaning the scrutiny on his position and its effect on the people around him.

According to Skysports, Manchester United are set to appoint former midfielder Michael Carrick as a temporary replacement for the sacked Jose Mourinho until the end of the season.

The Club are planning to announce a caretaker manager within the next 48 hours – this will be an external appointment. Michael Carrick and Kieron McKenna will take training for the next couple of days.

A poor start to the Premier League season has seen United slip 19 points behind the leaders, Liverpool, and fall off the pace in the hunt for a top-four place. They have won only once in six league matches, drawing during that sequence with struggling Southampton and Crystal Palace.

The club issued a statement on Tuesday morning which read: “Manchester United announces that manager Jose Mourinho has left the club with immediate effect. “The club would like to thank Jose for his work during his time at Manchester United and to wish him success in the future. A new caretaker manager will be appointed until the end of the current season, while the club conducts a thorough recruitment process for a new, full-time manager. “
